Lawyers seek to protect Bieber's 'personal parts' from media exposure

(Reuters) - Lawyers for pop star Justin Bieber are asking a judge to prevent semi-clad images of the teenage singer in Miami Beach police custody following his arrest last month, from being released to the media, according to a motion filed late on Friday.

"While in custody at the Miami Beach police station the defendant was captured on videotape in various states of undress which show intimate personal parts of the defendant's body," the motion states, noting that the Florida constitution and state law prevent such images from being publicly disclosed.

Bieber, 19, was charged with driving under influence, resisting arrest and using an expired license after police say they caught him allegedly drag racing on January 23. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

He also had marijuana and prescription medication for anxiety in his system at the time of his arrest, according to the state attorney's office.

One video of Bieber in police custody being patted down by and Miami Beach officer was already released to the media this week, the motion states, in violation of the law and prior to Bieber's lawyers being notified of its existence.

On Friday, Bieber's Miami lawyers Black, Srebnick, Kornspan & Stumpf, said they learned from the state attorney's office that various news media outlets had filed public records requests for all videotape footage from Bieber's time in detention.

The Miami Beach police and the state attorney's office were not immediately available to comment.

A Florida court has set a March 3 trial date for Bieber, who is Canadian, on the charges stemming from the January 23 arrest.

Bieber, whose private life has taken a tumultuous turn in the past year, was also charged last week with assaulting a limousine driver in Toronto in December.

Justin Bieber, wearing his low pants hanging around his butt. Do kids know that this was a signal in jail that a man was ready to be penetrated by another man.

Men go in as men and change their behavior and come out gay. If he wears those pants in jail, that is the end of whatever manhood he had.

Oh wait, I forgot, you have to be born that way.

OOpps, My bad.

These kids are out of control. Come to think of it, society is out of control.

I wonder how many girl fans he will have left when he comes back, changes as it were, from his prison experience. Maybe then, people will know why boys should not wear their pants like that for their becoming attractive to the other side.

Wow, what a transformation from the nice kid from Canada to what he is becoming.

Just wait a few years after, well, you know. You know, the born that way principle or rather you exposure, to those of low moral charactor or even those with none at all.

Thank you Madonna, thank you Miley Cirus and thank you Gaga. Yep, you told our kids to embrace these things.

Oh yes, thank you Mr. President.

comenting on an early post. I like it when people wear their pants below the waist. When law enforcement are foot chasing these people, they can't run. When they are caught, just pull their pants down and now they cant walk. LOL

JB, You grew up FAST and you need to grow up even FASTER. The road your going down, you will be in the ground by the time you are in your earlt 20's if not sooner. Square yourself away. At the end of the day, your nothing special.

Just send him to jail, make him pay restitution to all, take away all properties he owns in the USA and send him back to Canada, let him be their problem. stop making excuses he is just a kid, no he is a thug and needs to be punished and sent home for good. There are bigger problems in this country we need to focus on.

Why do boys and men wear their pants hanging over the butts? Do they not know that in prison this was developed to show other men they were ready to be used for sexual purposes?
To be penetrated by another man.

God how our society has changed.

The increase of lawlessness, the disobedience of children, the low moral charactor of our population and the perversions being introduced into society.

It is something which leads many to think we are certainly at the end of this age.
