Teresa and Joe Giudice Speak to 'Good Morning America' About Indictment

'Good Morning America' sat down with Joe and Teresa Giudice, stars of 'Real Housewives of New Jersey.' The couple is speaking out after being charged with 41 counts of fraud.

'I would love to answer all your questions,' Teresa said, 'and one day I will.'

According to 'Good Morning America,' court documents reveal that the couple allegedly received $5 million in bank loans due to fraudulent and falsified paperwork.

'I can't just be upset and curl up in a ball and just go in the room and lock the door. I can't. I'm a mom, I have four daughters,' Teresa said.

Both Teresa and Joe have pleaded not guilty. Joe said he's staying strong for his family throughout the ordeal: 'If you're weak, you're not gonna make it.'

Legal analyst Nancy Grace went on Wendy Williams' show to talk about the upcoming trial: she thinks they're definitely goin' in the slammer. 'There's no way they can get away from that lavish, lavish lifestyle, I mean $68,000 for a birthday party for their child?'

Joe and Teresa each face 30 years in prison if convicted. Joe, who is not a US citizen, could even be deported back to Italy. The trial begins February 24th.

According to Reality Tea, Bravo's Andy Cohen thinks viewers will see exactly what the family is going through. He says:'With Teresa, we're shooting 'New Jersey' now and that's very much the reality of what she's going through. It will very much be a part of the show next season.'

So 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' could kind of turn into court TV? We're imagining a lot of drama.
