9-year-old becomes police chief for day

One 9-year-old cancer patient got to live out his dream and and protect his beloved Motor City. Jayvon Felton, 9, learned he had acute lymphoblastic leukemia last April, and while his treatments have been tough and he faces three years of chemotherapy, he's very hopeful about the future.

The Children's Hospital of Michigan with help from the Detroit Police Department made sure Felton was treated to a ride-along and helicopter ride as a part of his big day.
