Disney's interactive gaming division has been its only business line to consistently lose money over the last five years. Yet that outfit took on the biggest video game publisher around last year -- and didn't get crushed.

Disney's Infinity title finished the year as the 10th best-selling video game, despite Activision's huge head start with its competing Skylanders franchise. Still, there's enough good news to go around for both companies in this space, he argues, and investors should expect this rivalry to heat up in the years ahead.
