'Today Show' Gosselin interview is very uncomfortable

Kate Gosselin's Teen Twin Daughters Give Cringeworthy Interview

Kate Gosslin and her two 13-year-old daughters, Cara and Mady, appeared on 'Today' this morning, but things didn't go exactly as planned. The teenagers were on the show to talk about their People Magazine interview and how well adjusted they both are. Instead, the spot turned into a cringe-worthy 3 minutes of the girls refusing to speak and their mother getting visibly upset. Check out the clip above.

Looks like these 2 teenagers forget who the person is paying their bills, buying their clothes and schooling because it certainly isnt the looser they have for a father.
They certainly are old enough to know they embarassed their mom on tv, does not look like Kate
has support from anyone, she tries very hard to provide for them.

I wonder what the grandparents of the children think?

Most teenagers can't stand that kind of attention,no matter what. And as for Kate's mean face, well, I have always thought she might a bit of a witch at times (like almost everyone else), but she's also unfortunately one of those people who just has a hostile look built into to her eyes, even when she's not bothered by anything. That's really not her fault.

And for all those hatin' on her looks. If she was your sister, just some lady in your neighborhood or at work, or your kid's teacher you would think she's pretty. You don't like her behavior, so stop harping on her looks.

Teenage girls will do ANYTHING to make their mother look bad. Bingo - they got her good. All you people who are critical of Kate Gosselin might be more sympathetic after a walk in her shoes. Try to be a single parent of 8 children without losing your mind. Their father seems to be more of a pain in her butt than an asset to her children.

It was painful to watch. Kate does get it, her girls are not happy. It was clearly evident that she is forcing them into saying how they feel, and they are rebelling.....good for them.

Well, she fooled People magazine but a live camera couldn't be fooled. I tried to watch the interview, but
When I got my People and that was on the front I thought, well looks like Kate's money is about gone so she tried a new angle to get back in the Public Eye.
I have a subscription to People so I have to take what they send but I have a remote control for my television and after a minute or so I could tell Kate had coached the Twins on what to say but when the camera came on they turned into zombies. Poor Kids,
Your 15 minutes of fame is long since passed Kate, stay home and raise those children that you wanted so much. Let them grow up away far away from the curious public and cameras

Sad that you'd even subscribe to a trashy tabloid rag like that.

To be really honest..... What is going on here and in this world is insane. Making a decision to turn a child's life into entertainment is criminal! The father is emotionally a sack of potatoes and the mother is only a notch above that! How, in the name of all that is good could anyone endorse more of this mess on kids and the media is the evil one that said, "No you surly will not Die". I am not sure of who took the first bite of the forbidden fruit, but ultimately both parents are responsible for accepting the fruit and these media folks simply see more dollars every time a tragedy can be exploited. Adults have the choice to choose paths where total destruction is their own fault but when they include their children in a scheme to make big quick bucks they are not only tossing more dirt on their own coffin, they are in fact, teaching their own how to fail! This kind of thing really makes me angry........... next time I have to wait for the coffee to brew, I will make certain not to participate and take the time to view this garbage on AOL.

My daughter's personality completely changed when she turned 13. So this is no big surprise. Nor is it a reflection on what type of parent she may be. People need to focus on raising their own kids and stop obsessing over this woman and her kids.

Would you have put YOUR 13 year old daughter in front of TV cameras for all to see?

I am hoping that this will end the interest in this family and hope that they can lead a normal life now, but I have a feeling that we will see all of her kids again on TV as they become teenagers, perhaps on a show of young wild children out of control.
