Doctor accused of spying on ex-wife during divorce

Prominent Cancer Doctor Accused Of Spying On Wife During Divorce Proceeding

Dr. Steven Curley, a surgeon and cancer researcher from Texas, is accused of using computer software to spy on his ex-wife during their divorce proceedings.

Back in 2011, Curley and a computer analyst, Hank Lehmann, allegedly installed eBlaster (software that some parents use to track their children) on her computer to record emails, chats and web searches.

They both face second degree felony charges and face up to 20 years in prison if convinced.

So, parents can use it to spy on the kids, the government can spy on citizens, but a husband can't spy on his wife without facing jail time? Somehow this doesn't compute.

Hey, Curley. Your missing the big picture. Take her on a cruise. Think about it.

Isn't it ironic how only sober people commit crimes? Drunks kill by mistake.

Spell check doesn't correct stupidity.

Funny how the mind see's things for you as they should be. I missed that "convinced" and read it as convicted.

Apparently, you're the only one who has suggested it so far.

There is just not enough information for me to make a judgement call on this but if he gets "convinced", then I'll be "convinced".
