Woman didn't realize who her neighbor was

Cyndee Phoenix of New Jersey is suing her property developer, Lennar Corp., for failing to mention a "dangerous" neighbor before she bought her condo. "Fox & Friends" says Phoenix claims her neighbor Kevin Potter has made death threats, racist comments, called the police on her and took pictures of guests. Daily Mail says Phoenix hired a bodyguard, but Phoenix claims Potter then began harassing him, too.
