koko............. since you feel the need to bring race into this, not all those seven lost astronauts were white. Ron McNair was black and just as valuable as the other six.
But please, educate yourself before attempting (but failing) to educate others.

I THINK her its a tribute statement was just to get out of hot water with the public ??? the song says nothing that relates to that accident or the crew ??? i like some of her stuff , but who ever suggested this audio clip to her should be fired ,.

Instead of saying, "I'm so sorry, in trying to be artistically creative I did something very thoughtless and hurtful, and for that I am very ashamed of myself. I hope you will forgive me." she says a bunch of B.S. and never apologizes to the families and colleagues. What won't this B. won't do for a dollar and some free publicity?

She owes no one an apology.

Sure she does: the families of Challenger astronauts, as well as her her singing coach and her own daughter for embarrassing them.

HAY BEYONCE!!! Contrary to your self righteous beliefs, you don't have healing powers!!! De throne yourself toots! I'm declaring the 7th of ever month "THROW EGGS AT BEYONCE DAY" in memory of the 7 crew members who passed.

Don't listen to her any music and probably would never buy any of her music ,not that she isn't a very good singer. But I think she should get a new writer .For many in this country ,just watching the Challenger explode on TV was equal to watching the Trade Towers come down in New York on 911.

Beyonce, Miley, Lohan, Britney - they are all alike - like peas in a pod. They will do anything to keep their names in print. And none of them care if they are hurting others just that others are speaking their names. If you notice, Miley has been in the news every day for months now. Her strategy is sure working even thought she is doing wildly viscious and distasteful things. She doesnt care. Just keep saying her name - thats all she wants. And now Beyonce is following as her name has been in the news every day for a few weeks now.

Actually, Brit's trying (very successfully) to straighten out her life. The other 3. I have no use for.

Bad, bad choice. Beyonce has proven herself to be ignorant and insensitive. But, she has handlers. Didn't anyone bring up to her the sensitive issue in using that piece of sound? Or, is she surrounded by insensitve, ignorant morons, too?
Ah well...Likes attract likes.

Well, it certainly didn't bother Beyoncé when she made that awful Telephone video with Gaga a few years ago, not long after Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother, and nephew were murdered, so why should this bother her? If she apologized it was only because of the negative reactions.
