Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid hospitalized

Budget Battle
WASHINGTON (AP) - Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is in the hospital for observation after not feeling well over night.

Aides to the Nevada Democrat have released a statement. It says Reid felt unwell early Friday and went to the hospital.

Aides say tests revealed nothing wrong, but he'll stay in the hospital for observation.

Democratic Sen. Dick Durbin of Illinois opened session Friday saying he talked to Reid and the majority leader feels good.

The 74-year-old Reid suffered a mild stroke in 2005.

I can't stand this ultra liberal who's destroying this country along with the retard we have for commander in chief, but being Christmas time, i'll wish him well.

I don't wish the old buzzard any harm, But neither do I wish any more harm to the country, so maybe he will be sick enough that he has to stay in Nevada. and give the country a much needed break.

While I am far from fan of Senator Reid, I wish him a speedy and full recovery from whatever ailment(s) caused him to be hospitalized.

That said:

I am not a fan or supporter of ANY 'career politician' who has made their fortune via shady backroom deals and 'legalized' insider trading... It is my sincerest hope that 110 million Americans with Party Affliction, join the 220M Americans without any affiliation, and vote out all incumbents.

It is only when we populate D.C. with representatives who are not already bought/paid for by the Banksters, or Corporate Interests, or Unions, or Foreign Lobbies, or any other Special Interest Group that we can facilitate REAL change in America.

At his age, he'd be subject to the death panel, if he had Obamacare. Here's an idea. Have just our politicians on Obamacare, and subject to the death panels. Think it'd give them an incentive not to stay around so long?

From your comments looks like you've already met the death panel who decided you were already mentally brain dead.

There are no such things as "death panels. Being a practicing physician, I might know a little more about this than you do

He's hoping against hope that he isn't. Good thing he hasn't been able to sign up or it would be the death of him.
