Amazon Delivers Big News
In today's Consumer Countdown, consumer goods analysts Michael Finarelli and Sean O'Reilly join host Mark Reeth to take a look at all the big news in their sector. One of the biggest pieces of news within the sector was Amazon's announcement that it will begin testing the delivery of orders in L.A. and New York City on Sundays. To do this, the e-tailer is teaming up with the U.S. Postal Service, which is probably all too happy to be thrown a lifeline.
Both Sean and Mike think this is a great deal for both parties, and while it doesn't spell the apocalypse for UPS and FedEx , those companies can't be thrilled about this news.
