Chipotle's Surprising New Ingredient

Protein options are expanding beyond the traditional chicken, beef, and pork choices at Chipotle Mexican Grill . The company has expanded its test run of a new Sofritas tofu filling to include major cities in the East Coast this week.

In the video below, Fool contributor Demitrios Kalogeropoulos argues that the move shouldn't send traffic levels jumping at Chipotle restaurants. This isn't like Yum! Brands'  Doritos Locos breakout hit. However, the new ingredient does have some strong long-term potential for Chipotle, Demitrios says.
