Every advertising-dependent Web business is stealing something from Google , Fool contributor Tim Beyers says in the following video.

Include Twitter  on the list. Last week, the social network hired away J.J. Hirschle from Google in order to boost contextual ad revenue from retailers. The move comes on the heels of Yahoo! bringing contextual "Stream Ads" to all its services.

In simpler terms, Tim says, the advertising war is over and Google won. Its method for delivering ads in context via search or email or a news feed is now the model for marketing products and services online, Tim argues. Do you agree?
