NRG Energy, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend

PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- NRG Energy, Inc. (NYS: NRG) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on the company's common stock of 12 cents per share, or 48 cents per share on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable November 15, 2013 to shareholders of record as of November 1, 2013.
