ASCC Targeting Share of Booming International Spirits Market

MIRAMAR BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Aristocrat Group Corp. (OTCBB: ASCC), has signed a Letter of Intent with a Canadian spirits company to distribute its premiere entry into the $21.3 billion global distilled spirits market.

ASCC announced today it has signed an LOI with British Columbia-based Westcoast Spirits Company, LLC., to distribute the award-winning RWB Ultra-Premium Handcrafted Vodka north of the border. The gluten-free spirit, which is currently available in Texas at Spec's locations and nationwide at as well as at a growing number of restaurants, bars and clubs in Houston, has enjoyed brisk sales since being launched earlier this month.

The LOI is cross promotional, meaning ASCC will also import and distribute various brands managed by Westcoast Spirits Company.

"Expanding into the Canadian market is a logical next step for RWB," ASCC CEO Robert Federowicz said. "Exposure north of the border is the first step in making RWB an international super premium vodka."

Made with only the highest quality Idaho potatoes and pure, mountain spring water, RWB is distilled using a unique four-column distillation process before being filtered five times to achieve a perfectly balanced vodka that has been subjected to the most exacting standards in the industry. (NYS: BEAM) and Brown-Forman Corp. (NYS: BF.B) . By handling its own distribution business, ASCC hopes to capitalize on unprecedented new brand building opportunities through Luxuria Brands, its brand management division.
