NTRR Poised for Big Growth as Cannabis Testing Market Explodes

SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- A new product now under development could position Neutra Corp. (OTCBB: NTRR) for major growth as the market for medicinal cannabis testing explodes in the coming year.

Earlier this week, NTRR announced that it would begin trials on a simple, disposable new system for testing oils, butters, tinctures, resins and other concentrates derived from medical marijuana (MMJ) for harmful contaminants. Concentrates are made with many different potentially harmful solvents and hydrocarbons that help strip the cannabinoids from the flower to make hash and other MMJ products.

Laboratory tests are planned to commence soon to determine the prototype's usefulness under a variety of lab conditions. If successful, the innovative system could help NTRR capture a big share of an MMJ testing market poised for unprecedented growth.

Testing for contaminants is currently voluntary in most MMJ states, leading a majority of dispensaries to skip the process entirely. Starting next year, however, it will be a requirement for all cannabis products in Colorado and Washington to be tested for health and safety. Other new MMJ states coming online are expected to require testing from the outset.

"This important change in regulations will not only dramatically increase the overall market size for tests such as the one we're developing, but provide an opportunity for dispensaries to set themselves apart from the competition," said NTRR CEO Sydney Jim. "As a result, we're very excited about this product's market potential."

By providing innovative nutraceutical products and services, Neutra Corp. plans to compete for customers with other successful public companies including Cannabis Science, Inc. (OTCBB: CBIS), Medical Marijuana Inc. (OTCBB: MJNA) and Terra Tech Corp. (OTCBB: TRTC), delivering technological advancements in the cultivation and processing of cannabis in approved markets.
