Canadian gold miner Alamos Gold announced today its semi-annual dividend of $0.10 per share, the same rate it's paid since February 2012.

The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on October 31 to holders of record at the close of business on October 15. Alamos Gold initiated a semi-annual dividend policy in early 2010.

The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.20-per-share annual dividend, yielding 1.3% based on the closing price today of Alamos Gold's stock.
