Global Citizen Festival

Before you go, we thought you'd like these...

Come see John Mayer, Alicia Keys, Kings of Leon and Stevie Wonder perform Live on AOL.com
THIS SATURDAY, September 28th, 2013. Coverage starts at 4pm here.

For the second straight year, AOL has partnered with the Global Citizens and the Global Poverty Project to live stream the Global Citizen Festival live from Central Park to help bring awareness and help abolish global poverty. AOL is committed to helping build a movement, and applauds creation of partnerships among governments, NGOs and the private sector to find solutions. It will take a village, as they say, to pull communities out of the cycle of extreme poverty.

Check out the awesome trailer for this year's event!

Last year, AOL.com helped live stream this amazing event that featured Foo Fighters, K'naan and Neil Young and Crazy Horse!! Did you miss it?
