Glacier Bancorp is keeping the vault open for shareholder payouts. The financial services group has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, to be paid on October 17 to stockholders of record as of October 8. That amount matches the firm's previous distribution, which was dispensed in July. Prior to that, Glacier Bancorp was less generous by $0.01, handing out $0.14 per share.

The company is a steady and reliable dividend payer. Since effecting a stock split in December 2006, it has paid a distribution that has slowly climbed from $0.12 per share to the current level.

The just-declared dividend annualizes to $0.60 per share. That yields 2.5% at Glacier Bancorp's most recent closing stock price of $24.30.
