Gartner, Frost & Sullivan, Ovum among featured presenters at new event designed to help enterprises and contact centers use today's hottest technologies to deliver an enhanced customer experience

The symposium, to be held June 2-4, 2014 in Indianapolis, Indiana, U.S.A., will be collocated with INTERACTIONS 2014, Interactive Intelligence's annual global customer and partner event.
