Umpqua Holdings Announces Quarterly Dividend

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Umpqua Holdings Corporation (NAS: UMPQ) , parent company of Umpqua Bank and Umpqua Investments, Inc.today announced that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share. The dividend is payable on October 15, 2013 to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2013.
