Shares of online radio pioneer Pandora have absolutely exploded this year, rising an astounding 161% so far in 2013. However, its recent joyride could come to a screeching halt this week as tech behemoth Apple  is set to unveil its own Pandora clone -- iTunes Radio -- with the global launch of its iOS 7 mobile operating system. 

Pandora is no stranger to adversity, but many believe iTunes Radio could finally be the product that sends Pandora the way of the dodo. In the video below, Fool contributor Andrew Tonner examines the looming struggle.
