Ventas CEO to Participate in Bank of America Merrill Lynch2013 Global Real Estate Conference

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ventas, Inc. (NYS: VTR) ("Ventas" or the "Company") announced today that Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Debra A. Cafaro will participate in a panel discussion on the next stage of the economic cycle and future opportunities for growth at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2013 Global Real Estate Conference on September 12 in New York. The panel discussion, "The Next Phase of the Cycle," is scheduled for 8:35 a.m. Eastern Time.

The discussion will be audio-webcast and may be accessed through the Company's website at www.ventasreit.com.
