Tiger Media To Report Unaudited Financial Results for the First Six Months of 2013

SHANGHAI--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Tiger Media, Inc. ("Tiger Media") (NYSE MKT: IDI) (NYSE MKT: IDI.WS), formerly known as SearchMedia Holdings Limited, one of China's leading nationwide multi-platform media companies, today announced that it will report its unaudited financial results for the first six months ended June 30, 2013, after the U.S. markets close on Monday, September 9, 2013.

Tiger Media will host an earnings conference call on September 10, 2013, at 8:30 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time (8:30 p.m. Beijing / Hong Kong Time).
