LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd. Responds to Class Action Lawsuit

BEIJING--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- LightInTheBox Holding Co., Ltd. (NYS: LITB) ("LightInTheBox" or the "Company"), a global online retail company that delivers products directly to consumers around the world, today announced that it has become aware of the filing of a purported securities class action lawsuit against the Company and certain of its senior officers on behalf of a putative class of shareholders of the Company in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

The Company has reviewed the claims asserted in the complaint and believes that they are without merit. While the Company has not yet been served with a copy of the complaint, it intends to work with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, its legal counsel, to vigorously defend itself in this matter.
