WebMetro Announces Agreement to be Acquired by TeleTech

WebMetro to add digital acquisition marketing capabilities to TeleTech's Customer Growth Services Division, Revana

SAN DIMAS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- WebMetro, a leading digital marketing agency, announced today that it has signed an agreement to be acquired by TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (NAS: TTEC) , a global provider of data-driven, technology-enabled customer engagement solutions. Under the terms of the agreement, WebMetro will become a key part of TeleTech's Customer Growth Services division, Revana. The transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions, is expected to be completed in August 2013. This agreement will bring an integrated suite of sales and marketing capabilities to both Revana and WebMetro clients. WebMetro's founder and CEO, Carlos Ugalde, will continue to lead the business.
