BlackRock Declares Quarterly Dividend of $1.68 on Common Stock

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- BlackRock, Inc. (NYS: BLK) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.68 per share of common stock, payable September 23, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 2, 2013.
