WAKEFIELD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Franklin Street Properties Corp. ("FSP") (NYSE MKT: FSP) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share of common stock for the period April 1, 2013 through June 30, 2013, payable on August 15, 2013 to stockholders of record as of July 26, 2013.
