Nielsen to Report Second Quarter 2013 Results on July 30, 2013

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Nielsen Holdings N.V. (NYS: NLSN) , a leading global provider of information and insights into what consumers watch and buy, today announced that it will report its financial results for the second quarter 2013 on Tuesday, July 30, 2013.

The Company will host a conference call to discuss its results at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time on that date. A press release will be available on the Company's website prior to the call.
