Campbell Announces Quarterly Dividend

CAMDEN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Campbell Soup Company (NYSE: CPB) today announced that the company's Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend on its capital stock of $0.29 per share. The quarterly dividend is payable July 29, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business July 8, 2013.
