Application provides access to compliance experts to answer compliance questions quickly

PADUCAH, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The constant introduction of new regulatory requirements from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and other agencies has many financial institutions scrambling to keep their heads above water. In an effort to offer financial institutions a simplified approach to the compliance process, Computer Services, Inc. Operating as an extension of the institution's existing internal compliance team, ComplianceNet is an email-based application that provides compliance staff with an easy and efficient way to communicate with CSI compliance experts. The application automatically routes user-submitted questions to the compliance team, where an expert prepares an email response to the institution's inquiry within 24 business hours.
