ACE Offers Claims Data Through ACE Worldview ® Information Portal
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The ACE Group announced today that it has enhanced ACE Worldview ®- its award-winning, Web-based information portal - to begin providing clients and their brokers with claims information for clients' multinational insurance programs with ACE.
With the latest enhancement, claims financial information will initially be available for clients who finance risk with their own captive insurance companies and will be expanded to include other multinational insurance programs over the next year. This information will include aggregate and individual claim data, such as paid losses, expenses and reserves. Another updated feature will enable brokers to receive immediate, direct access to Worldview without the need for initial confirmation from clients. All ACE multinational clients and their brokers qualify for free access to ACE Worldview for their programs bound with ACE.
"Providing claims information through Worldview is the most significant milestone since the portal's launch nearly three years ago," said Tim Benson, Senior Vice President of ACE's Multinational Client Group. "Together with Worldview's existing features, including access to policy documents issued around the world, as well as status, activity and billing information for each program, clients will have the key tools they need to monitor, measure and report information on their global insurance programs with ACE."
"Having timely access to data is vitally important to risk managers of multinational enterprises," said Michael Furgueson, Division President of ACE's Multinational Client Group. "These enhancements represent a major step toward ensuring that ACE responds to the needs of our clients and broker partners and continues to raise the standard of service and level of transparency they experience with us."
ACE has also released a new video designed to communicate the benefits and features of ACE Worldview to clients and brokers.
Since its launch in 2010, Worldview has earned significant recognition for innovation from insurance publications, including the 2013 Best's Review Innovation Showcase, a 2011 Innovation Award from Business Insurance, and a 2011 Risk Innovator Award from Risk & Insurance.
Now in use by more than 2,000 clients and brokers, Worldview is part of ACE's Global Program SolutionsSM, or ACE GPSSM, capabilities that together make ACE one of the few insurers that can help companies manage their worldwide risks.
