ACE Appoints Lisa Humphrey to its Global Client Executive Practice

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The ACE Group today announced the appointment of Lisa Humphrey as a Global Client Executive. Ms. Humphrey will be based in Los Angeles, and she will work collaboratively with a select group of ACE's global clients and distribution partners to provide access to a broad range of global risk management solutions. ACE's Global Client Executive practice was established in 2010 to complement the company's existing strategies to better partner with clients and brokers who value a single point of contact in accessing ACE's multi-line, global network of products and services. Ms. Humphrey will report to John Alfieri, Division President, ACE Global Client Executives.

"We're pleased to continue to expand this important client initiative with Lisa's appointment to this key role," said Mr. Alfieri. "Lisa's excellent track record of collaborating with large clients, and her extensive global experience will ensure her success engaging with clients and distribution partners in delivering tailored solutions on the wide ranging product and service offerings of the ACE Group."

He added, "The efforts of Lisa and all of our Global Client Executives are further enhanced by our ability to connect clients and brokers to our global claims network, global services, and ACE WorldviewSM, an award-winning web-based information portal designed for multinational insurance programs. ACE Worldview helps clients track ACE's performance against expectations set for their insurance programs, and has led to better execution and efficiency for our customers."

With more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Ms. Humphrey joins ACE from a global brokerage firm, where she led the company's West Coast Global Client Network practice for large U.S.-based multinational accounts servicing their international placement needs in more than 125 geographic regions. She previously served at another global brokerage company as its International Practice Leader at a U.S.-based brokerage firm in the Midwest, where she worked directly with the company's regional accounts to orchestrate the company's global network and its service delivery efforts. Earlier in her career, she held a variety of underwriting management roles in the property & terrorism arena in the London market, and also worked in brokerage service management roles, working with global clients across all product lines.

Ms. Humphrey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Queensland, in Australia. She holds the Associate in Risk Management (ARM), and the Associate of the Australian Insurance Institute (AAII) professional designations, and is a licensed property & casualty broker.
