Neenah Announces Closing of its $175 Million Senior Notes Offering and Redemption of 7.375% Senior Notes due 2014

ALPHARETTA, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Neenah Paper, Inc. (NYS: NP) announced today that it has completed its previously announced private offering of $175 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.25% Senior Notes due 2021.

Neenah intends to use a portion of the net proceeds from the offering to redeem in full its outstanding 7.375% Senior Notes due 2014 (the "2014 Notes") and to repay all borrowings under its secured revolving credit facility. Any remaining net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Neenah also announced today that it has irrevocably directed the trustee under the indenture governing the 2014 Notes to issue notice of redemption to the holders of all outstanding 2014 Notes. The redemption price of such 2014 Notes will be 100% of their principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest to the redemption date, which is expected to be June 24, 2013.
