Granite to Webcast Annual Shareholder Meeting

WATSONVILLE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Granite Construction Incorporated (NYS: GVA) will conduct its annual meeting of shareholders at 10:30 a.m. PDT on Thursday, June 6, 2013 at Monterey Plaza Hotel located at 400 Cannery Row, Monterey, California. William H. Powell, chairman of the board, and Jim Roberts, president and chief executive officer, will be presiding over the event.
