New SuiteApp Offers NetSuite Customers Tools to Close Deals Faster, Reduce Costs and Delight Customers

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- DocuSign, The Global Standard for eSignature®, announced the new DocuSign SuiteApp built on NetSuite's SuiteCloud Computing Platform. The DocuSign SuiteApp helps NetSuite customers close deals faster by collecting signatures electronically, right from an opportunity within NetSuite, creating one of the easiest, fastest, most secure way to get signatures on contracts and other documents.

"NetSuite and DocuSign have come together to further enhance the significant economic benefits companies of every size can achieve with cloud computing," said Guido Haarmans, vice president business development for technology partners, NetSuite. "DocuSign's seamless integration with NetSuite helps sales reps and other employees get signatures faster to eliminate the hassles and costs of printing, faxing, scanning, and overnighting documents for signature."

DocuSign enables NetSuite users to send contracts and other documents for signature directly from within NetSuite. Customers receive a link in email to sign their agreement, and can securely DocuSign in seconds - anytime, anywhere, on any Internet-connected device. Senders can track the status of envelopes from the DocuSign window within NetSuite for full visibility and control. Once DocuSigning is complete, documents are automatically brought back into NetSuite as a PDF and attached to the relevant record.

The DocuSign integration with NetSuite offers:

  • Increased productivity and revenue - DocuSigning reduces operational costs from printing, faxing, or mailing documents for signature while giving decision-makers the ability to review and approve contracts in minutes.
  • A simple user interface - Documents can be sent for signature via NetSuite quickly with the "Send with DocuSign" button, and customers can sign from any browser including mobile devices.
  • Expansive tools available for additional customization - With a full set of APIs and world-class documentation, DocuSign offers expansive tools for additional customization to make any business process easy, fast and secure.

"DocuSign's NetSuite SuiteApp provides real ROI to sales organizations by significantly speeding up the sales cycle to close deals faster," said Roger Erickson, vice president of customer success, DocuSign.
