Riley Investor Conference on Wednesday May 22, 2013. Mr. Calder will present GTT's growth strategy and members of GTT management will be available to hold one-on-one meetings with investors to review GTT's progress.

B. Riley's 14th Annual Investor Conference will take place at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel on May 20 - 22, 2013. This invitation-only event is expecting over 1,000 attendees and will feature nearly 200 presenters of small and mid-cap companies, in a broad range of consumer and technology sub-sectors.
