Board of Directors of Primerica, Inc. Declares $0.11 Quarterly Dividend

DULUTH, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Primerica, Inc. (NYS: PRI) , the largest independent financial services marketing company in North America, today approved payment of a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share for the first quarter of 2013. The dividend will be payable on June 10, 2013, to stockholders of record as of May 24, 2013.
