Terreno Realty Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividends and Files First Quarter 2013 Financial Statements

  • Common stock dividend increased 8.3%

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Terreno Realty Corporation (NYS: TRNO) , an acquirer, owner and operator of industrial real estate in six major coastal U.S. markets, declared a regular cash dividend for the quarter ending June 30, 2013 of $0.13 per common share; an increase of 8.3% over the prior dividend level. The dividend will be payable on July 19, 2013 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on July 5, 2013.

The Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.484375 per preferred share on Terreno Realty Corporation's 7.75% Series A Cumulative Redeemable preferred stock. The preferred dividend will be payable July 1, 2013 to preferred stockholders of record at the close of business on June 11, 2013.


Terreno Realty Corporation also filed its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2013 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
