Carlisle Companies Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYS: CSL) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, payable on June 1, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 20, 2013.
