PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Atlas Energy, L.P. (NYSE: ATLS) ("Atlas Energy" or "ATLS") announces that its midstream subsidiary, Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. The effective date of the acquisition was April 1, 2013.
