Nielsen to Hold Conference Call to Discuss Divestiture of Expositions Business

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Nielsen Holdings N.V. (NYS: NLSN) , a leading global provider of information and insights around what consumers buy and watch, today announced that it will hold a conference call at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time on May 6, 2013 to discuss the pending divestiture of its Expositions business. The divestiture was announced in a separate press release on May 6, 2013.
