UGI Increases Annual Dividend 4.6%, Marking the 129thYear of Common Dividends and the 26thConsecutive Year of Annual Dividend Increases

VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Directors of UGI Corporation (NYS: UGI) , a holding company with utility, propane marketing and energy services subsidiaries, approved an increase in the quarterly dividend of 4.6% to $0.2825 a share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable July 1, 2013 to shareholders of record as of June 14, 2013.

John Walsh, chief executive officer of UGI, said, "We are extremely proud of UGI's tradition of paying a common dividend for 129 consecutive years and of increasing the dividend for 26 consecutive years. The dividend increase reflects our confidence in UGI's future prospects and cash flows."
