Mindspeed Hires Morgan Stanley to Evaluate Strategic Alternatives

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Mindspeed Technologies, Inc. (NAS: MSPD) , a leading supplier of semiconductor solutions for communications infrastructure applications, today announced that it has retained Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC as financial advisor to assist the board of directors in evaluating various strategic alternatives available to the company.
