In fact, the company was just named the number one kid-friendly restaurant by Technomic's Consumer Restaurants Brand Metrics program, which compiles consumer data about various chains from surveys taken over a two-year period. Out of 80,000 consumer responses, the brand ranked as the most kid-friendly restaurant in unit appearance and ambiance.
The report is the biggest, ongoing brand study that tracks the performance of approximately 115 leading restaurant chains by measuring the consumer experience at these chains through surveys. It is considered a valuable resource for chain operations, suppliers and corporate management, as it helps brands gauge how well they are performing, and the results of the Technomic report are an affirmation that Chuck E. Cheese's is living up to its current "Promise to Parents."
Launched late last fall, the company's five-pillar "Promise to Parents" is the brand's commitment to assure guests of all ages experience a clean and open gameroom environment, fresh food, safety and wholesome family fun. The principles were formed based on feedback from guests.
