SOUTHPORT, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Sturm, Ruger & Company, Inc. (NYS: RGR) will file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q on Monday, April 29, 2013, after the close of the stock market. At the same time a letter to Ruger Shareholders will be filed on Form 8-K.
