The Chef's Service Head Chef Challenge has been allowed to expire in ChefVille, giving a brand new challenge the chance to take the spotlight. The newest challenge focuses on your Greenhouse, and asks you to tend the Greenhouse has much as possible to earn points. We're here with a guide to this new challenge, thanks to Zynga. Let's get started!

To be specific, this Greenhouse Head Chef Challenge gives you one point per ingredient harvested from within it. Like previous challenges, this one comes with specific items that can be tended for bonus points. Here, five different ingredients give you bonus points for the very first time they've been harvested from within the Greenhouse. After that point, any subsequent harvests of those same items will revert to one point per harvest. Here's the breakdown of available bonus points.

Tomatoes - 5 Points
Basil - 5 Points
Lettuce - 7 Points
Lilacs - 7 Points
Amex Money Tree - 10 Points

As you earn points in bulk, you'll have a chance to earn one of three prizes in this overall event. A price is available at the 40 point level, so by tending these bonus items, you'll get pretty close to that reward with very little work or energy consumption.

Earn 40 Points - Receive 5 Energy
Earn 100 Points - Receive 7 One-Hour Thyme
Earn 175 Points - Receive 2 Mystery Crates

These Mystery Crates can be harvested three times each, with each giving you Salt and Pepper as you harvest them. Remember, this challenge will only be available to complete for the next few days, so if you're interested in these Mystery Crates or the extra Spices and Energy, make sure to tend your Greenhouse as much as you can during this time frame. Good luck!
