Realty ONE Group Partners With Trulia to Expand Its Business and Deliver Exceptional Service to Clients and Agents

The fast-growing real estate brokerage in Nevada, California, and Arizona continues to offer an unprecedented level of service to its agents

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Trulia (NYS: TRLA) , a leading online marketplace for home buyers, sellers, renters, and real estate professionals, today announced a strategic partnership with Realty ONE Group, the largest real estate brokerage in Nevada and the fastest growing real estate company in Arizona and California.

Since its inception in 2005, Realty ONE Group has seen phenomenal growth and is currently thriving with more than 15 home offices serving the tri-state area of California, Nevada, and Arizona. It closed $4.9 billion in sales last year, and as part of its new agreement with Trulia, Realty ONE's 4,000 associates will receive prominent exposure for their listings and their brand on Trulia. Realty ONE Group associates will also receive extensive education to help them more effectively use Trulia's tools and services to work with modern consumers.

"Realty ONE Group is committed to embracing cutting-edge technology as a key method of supporting our agents, thereby accelerating our growth as a company," said Realty ONE Group Founder and CEO, Kuba Jewgieniew. "We want to be a dominant presence on Trulia to connect with its rapidly-growing audience and further position our agents as best in class. Our goal as a company is to keep our focus on the success of each individual agent and enhance their ability to showcase their listings and contact information."

Underscoring the company's goal of empowering its agents to invest in their own businesses, Realty ONE Group will absorb all costs for its agents' premium access to Trulia's platform, so there will be no additional cost to their professionals.

"We are excited to help Realty ONE Group deliver a high level of value to its agents," said Alon Chaver, VP Industry Services at Trulia. "Realty ONE Group's adoption of technology and entrepreneurial enthusiasm are a great match for Trulia's brand, and we look forward to helping the company grow its business and connect with tech-savvy buyers and sellers searching for homes on the web and from their mobile devices."
