HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Midstates Petroleum Company, Inc. ("Midstates" or the "Company") (NYS: MPO) announced today that Steve Pugh, the Company's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, will present at the IPAA Oil and Gas Investment Symposium on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 in New York City.
