CSI Achieves 100 Percent Customer Renewal of NuPoint Core Contracts

Superior customer satisfaction results in record renewals, extended terms of service

PADUCAH, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) (OTCQX: CSVI), a provider of end-to-end technology solutions that empower financial institutions to remain competitive, compliant and profitable, retained 100 percent of its contracts up for renewal for the NuPoint core platform in the just-ended Fiscal Year 2013, helping to power record success for the company. In addition to retaining 100 percent of its NuPoint contracts in the last fiscal year, CSI reports 86 percent of these customers elected to renew the terms of their contract for a longer service period, with 72 percent signing the company's maximum contract of 10 years. One such customer, The Farmers State Bank and Trust Company in Jacksonville, Ill., credits CSI's unmatched dedication to providing quality solutions and valuable industry expertise as significant factors in the bank's decision to continue working with the core provider.
