STR Holdings to Report Fourth Quarter 2012 Financial Results on March 14th

ENFIELD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- STR Holdings, Inc. (NYS: STRI) announced today that it will release financial results for the fourth quarter of 2012 after the market closes on Thursday, March 14, 2013. An investor conference call will follow at 4:30 p.m. ET. Robert S. Yorgensen, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Joseph C. Radziewicz, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will host the call.


Investors in the U.S. interested in participating in the live call should dial (866) 362-4832 and enter passcode: 49630401. Those calling from outside the U.S. should dial (617) 597-5364 and use the same passcode. There will also be a webcast and presentation used during this call that will be available on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at www.strholdings.com.
